Cindy Hamann

Broker Associate

Ever since she can remember, Cindy Hamann has been treating others how she wants to be treated. But it wasn’t until 1996, when she became a licensed broker, that she realized that this core value could change lives. Since then, Cindy has not only changed the lives of thousands of clients and agents; she has carved out a meaningful career based on the thing she loves most: helping others.

Right out of the gate, Cindy was a powerhouse agent with a powerful why — her children. As a single parent who’d just been laid off from the oil industry, Cindy took jobs cleaning houses with a relocation company on nights and weekends to make ends meet. Often finding herself the de facto host during client visits, Cindy found that her sales expertise, people skills, and focus were helping to sell those houses.

A real estate license followed shortly afterward, as did a rookie of the year award. Cindy then added management skills to her list of abilities when she joined an agency based in The Woodlands, Texas. There, she grew the team from 12 agents to over 100, making hers the most successful franchise in The Woodlands for over 15 years. During those years, her twin passions were helping people achieve real estate success and ensuring her three children could go to college without any debt. Her children have since graduated debt-free, but Cindy’s passion for real estate continues to grow, especially now that her daughter has joined the family business.

Cindy has mentored more than 2000 agents during her career, and she founded Integrity Texas Properties, a firm centered around her commitment to clients and her dedication to helping others, in 2o20. A native Houstonian who grew up in Tomball, Cindy left big-city Houston in 2016 and now lives on a 43-acre farm in Waller County, where she raises Angus and Hereford cattle. She playfully calls herself a “Google cattlewoman,” but she’s learned a lot about ranching since creating her homestead — and become a bit of an expert in farm and ranch properties, too.

Cindy’s gift for enriching the lives of others extends well beyond her real estate career. In addition to being a devoted mother and grandmother, she is deeply committed to helping children and the homeless. She has been involved with organizations such as Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation (of which she was once chairman), American Cancer Society, Sunshine Kids Foundation, and Future Farmers of America. She also volunteers with various food pantries and local schools and never misses a chance to help her elders.
